You can easily clean the Alpine Silence earplugs with lukewarm water and soap, so you can use them again and again. The SleepDeep earplugs are also designed for long-term use.
The Alpine SleepDeep earplugs reduce noise by 27 dB. This blocks out a lot of background noise, so you fall into a deep sleep more easily. Since a crying baby is usually louder, the earplugs won't block that sound completely. You'll still hear your baby, just less intensely.
